The Mountain Munchkin Program has been revamped to fit the needs of children ages 4-6 of all levels of skiing and snowboarding. This 1 ½ hour program now offers 3 week sessions for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced munchkins and is designed to introduce children to the sport of skiing or snowboarding in a fun group setting. The level chosen will be taught for entire 3 week period.
Saturday & Sunday 10am Session II is full.

Ability Levels

Beginner |
This program is for never-evers and beginners and held in munchkin and small magic carpet areas only. The focus is to get children comfortable with the equipment; to start and sopt on their own; and to slide & glide. Available Sessions I ,II, III. |

Intermediate |
This program is for children already riding the magic carpets and starting & stopping on their own; it is held on our smalli and big magic carpets only. The focus is linking turns, and starting & stopping on steeper terrain. Available Sessions I, II, III. |

Advanced (Child & Parent) |
This program is for children ready to ride the chair lift. It is held on the big carpet and double chair lift. The instructor coaches the parent and child how to get on/off the chair lift and learn how to ski down on green and blue trails. Children must be able to ride carpets, start, stop, and link turns. Available Sessions II, III. |
