At every Resort there are certain people who love to gather and share their knowledge of skiing and snowboarding. Here, these individuals belong to the Blue Hills Snowsports Learning Center. Our instructors are more than just qualified, they are a closely-knit team dedicated to you and your enjoyment of winter snow sports. We believe that creating a fun environment in which to learn and grow is the key to having a great winter recreation experience. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced skier or rider, our snowsports instructors can tailor programs to fit your needs.

All of our lessons may be booked in advance over the phone at (781) 828-5070  or on our Online Shop.  Walk-ins are accepted as space allows.

Group Lessons (All ages - 1 hour)

Mon-Wed: 2pm, *4pm, 7:00pm

Thurs-Fri: 10am, 12pm, 2pm, *4pm, 7:00pm

Wkend/Holidays: 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 6pm

*When Junior Programs are underway the 4pm class will be limited.

Private Lessons (ages 4+ - 1 hour lesson)

Walk-ins will be accepted as space allows.

Mon-Wed: 1pm, *3pm

Thurs-Fri: 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm

Wkend/Holidays: 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm,

Mountain Munchkin (ages 4-6 - 1.5 hour lesson)

For safety this program is restricted to the beginner area.  The goal of this lesson is to introduce the children to the equipment and learn how to safely get it on and off by themselves. They are introduced to maneuvering in boots, 1 and 2 skis, sliding and gliding. Depending on the skill set of the individual child, we try to achieve a gliding wedge (pizza) to a stop.  Reservations for Mountain Munchkin Lessons are highly recommended.

General Learning Center Information

• Location: On the snow outside the rental building.

• Tickets: Individual lessons do not include an Snow Pass (Lift Ticket).  A Snow Pass is required for each person using the area; all lessons must have a snowpass.

• Packages: Prices vary and some packages may include lift tickets and rentals.

• Rentals: Shaped skis and both strap or clicker snowboards are available at the ticket windows

       More than 24 hours before scheduled lesson = full refund

       Within 24 hours and before 8:00am the day of scheduled lesson = credit on Blue Flex Pass for products purchased

       After 8:00am the day of scheduled lesson = no refund and no credit
