Select your form, print it, fill it out and bring all forms with 2 forms of ID to the job fair. A complete Application includes an Application(or returning application), Availability Form, W-4, I-9 and a Manual Acknowledgement Form. See I-9 Directions for acceptable forms of ID. Any applicant under the age of 16 must also have Working Papers.
